How it Works
For all our services except M&E
We know how valuable your ideas and your time, so we strive to give the best value for your time and ensure that your ideas are kept safely between us. You can talk to us via given hotlines and book a virtual meeting to discuss the project idea and next steps.
If we agreed to proceed in the virtual meeting or if you only have documents to be translated or proofread, this is the step you email us the necessary documents.
If you have reached this step, we have assigned a job number for your project and have sent you the agreement containing terms and conditions for your review along with the cost estimate. If you accept the TMC and the cost estimate, please make an advance payment of 40% from the total cost allocated.
We try our best to send you a scanned draft version of your project’s document for review within two working days before the deadline. All the changes and edits you suggest henceforth before the last 12 hours to the deadline will be added and sent to you in the final document once you have paid us the remaining 60% of the total cost. Any additional cost incurred will be informed to you prior to making the final payment.
Once you made the final payment, the finalized document will be emailed or submitted to any online portal of your choice along with the invoice for the services after which our contractual obligations for the project come to end. If you are happy with our services, you are more than welcome to write a testimonial or a review for us.
Arrangements for M&E Services
There are two options available at your preference.
1. You can set up a virtual meeting and discuss the M&E plan that best fits your project and make the payments accordingly. You can send us the project evidence (audio-video recordings or other material of proofs) or the reports prepared by rapporteurs of your choice.
2. You can invite one of our M&E experts for an onsite visit to your project locations with necessary travel and accommodation facilities and then proceed with an M&E Plan suitable for your project.
